Diagnostics:

• Hot tub leaking? If your flow thru hot tub heater is leaking on either end then the gaskets may be perished. You can usually tell there has been water seepage usually as there will be white residue where the water has dripped over time.
• To prevent this issue occurring, make sure your water chemistry is balanced as high levels of sanitiser or imbalanced PH can cause these gaskets to perish. View our chemical guide.
